Developer MW43AL built the VSEVED SLOVENIJA app as a Free app which is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. Personal information we collect:

• Nickname [Optional] — Used for displaying your name on scoreboards, arena leaderboards, and in-game chat. Stored on our secure server.
• Email address [Optional] — Used for scoreboard submissions and verifying challenge authors. Email does not leave our secure server and will not be shared with third parties.
• Device ID — A unique identifier generated by our server upon first launch of the app. This ID is used for identifying active sessions, delivering database updates (new trivia questions), preventing duplicate arena entries, and personalising gameplay. It is not linked to your hardware device ID or advertising identifier.

Providing email and nickname is not required to play the game, but your score cannot be posted to scoreboards without them.

Arena Mode & Gameplay Data

When you participate in Arena mode, we collect and store:

• Game session data — Your score, number of rounds survived, answer times, and elimination round. This data is used for leaderboards, rankings, and the replay/review feature.
• Ghost recordings — High-scoring arena sessions may be anonymously recorded and replayed as "ghost" opponents in future arenas. Your nickname is replaced with a system-generated name when used as a ghost.
• Chat messages — Messages you send in the arena chat are stored on our server and visible to other players in the same arena. Chat messages include your nickname and device ID.

Challenges

When you create or play user-generated challenges:

• Challenge content (questions, answers, descriptions) is stored on our server.
• Your scores and ratings for challenges are stored and visible on challenge leaderboards.
• Shared challenge links may be generated to invite other players.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send local notifications on your device. Notifications are used solely to inform you of arena results after an arena session ends. Notification permission is requested only when you explicitly opt in by tapping the notification button — never automatically. No push notification data is sent to or stored on our servers.

Advertising

The app displays advertisements to support development. We use the following advertising services:

• Google AdMob — Serves banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device information and advertising identifiers to serve personalised ads. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Server-side ads — We may serve our own promotional banners from our server. These do not collect any personal data beyond standard web request information (IP address, device type).

Security Measures

We implement the following security measures to protect our Service:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections.
• Score submissions are protected with cryptographic request signing to prevent tampering.
• Chat messages are subject to IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse.
• Server-side validation is performed on all submitted scores.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Apple App Store (iOS)

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

This Service does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
